1. Eligibility

The participant confirms that all information provided in this nomination form is true, accurate and complete.

2. Registration

Submission of the nomination form does not guarantee selection. The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any nomination without assigning any reason.

3. Payment

The registration fee paid through the provided QR code is non-refundable except where specifically approved by the organizers. Participants must upload a valid payment screenshot for verification.

4. Documents & Photographs

By uploading photographs and documents, the participant confirms that they own the content or have permission to use it for the nomination process.

5. Use of Information

The information submitted may be used for registration, communication, verification and event-related activities. Indian Trailblazer Events will not intentionally share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

6. Event Rights

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, judging criteria or any other aspect of the event whenever necessary.

7. Media Consent

Participants grant permission to Indian Trailblazer Events to use photographs, videos and event-related media for promotional, advertising and social media purposes without additional compensation.

8. Code of Conduct

Every participant is expected to maintain discipline, respect fellow contestants and follow the instructions issued by the organizing committee throughout the event.

9. Liability

Indian Trailblazer Events shall not be responsible for any personal loss, injury or damage occurring during participation except where required by applicable law.

10. Acceptance

By selecting the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox and submitting the nomination form, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted all the above terms.
